Conjugal Rites by Roger Hall: Tour of Otago and Southland

16–24 March 2010

Production Image

Book tickets to Conjugal Rites, our bedtime story bought to you by one of New Zealand’s most loved playwrights - Roger Hall. You had a hilarious overseas tour with Four Flat Whites in Italy – now join Barry and Gen at home in Conjugal Rites for more laughs as they celebrate their 21st wedding anniversary. Married 21 years, there’s definitely very little left of the honeymoon for Barry and Gen! Teenage children, aging parents, sagging bodies, changed priorities, job disillusionment, a new career and outside temptations - it’s the married life many of us recognise and understand. Sit back, relax, enjoy Tim Bartlett as Barry and Donogh Rees as Gen ... in Roger Hall's Conjugal Rites. And remember that being in love isn’t just about saying it - it’s about living it, everyday.
