Douglas Kamo
The Fortune production of I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change will be directed by Douglas Kamo who will be remembered by Fortune audiences for his performance here in Kiwifruits. A very experienced music-theatre performer he toured Australasia in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat and was in the New Zealand revival company of Chicago. His television appearances have included Xena Warrior Princess, Shortland Street and Street Legal and for two years he was a Lotto presenter. He has directed Cabaret and Encore for the Dunedin Operatic Society in recent years and his musical productions in other centres have included Chess, Rush and Guys and Dolls.
Stuart Walker
The musical director/pianist for this New Zealand professional premiere of I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change will be Stuart Walker who has worked for Dunedin Operatic Society on a number of occasions in both capacities. Later in the year he will again be working at the Fortune as Musical Director/pianist for Roger Hall's pantomime, Cinderella.
