The Fortune is an excellent place for young people to learn and explore the theatre. We provide a range of options for schools as EOTC experiences. Come and experience a tour around the theatre, join our ambassador programme, take part in our forum debates, talk to the cast and crew of a production or book a drama workshop. Our education workshops are show specific and are designed to link to a range of subjects within the New Zealand Curriculum and to NCEA achievement standards. Inquiries are always welcome.
Over the coming months we will be endevouring to gather historical information about Fortune Theatre, the building and productions it has housed. If you have any information you think may be of community interest and should be uploaded to this site, then please forward to Larissa at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Forums provide students with an opportunity to hear from the cast and crew of each production. The students are able to ask questions and discuss the themes presented. The forums are open to students, Drama Ambassadors, invited guests and the public. The forum is held on the first Tuesday evening of the season. To register for this great chance to gain insight into the play contact us.
